SDS PAGE is one of the services that GBS offers to fractionate and analyze protein mixtures. We provide our clients with the following options:
choose from 8-18% total acrylamide for gels of homogenous acrylamide concentrations, or request custom gradient gels for an additional charge
choose non-denaturing or non-reducing SDS PAGE, if needed
choose from 3 different size formats: mini, standard, or large
choose from several protein staining methods: Coomassie Blue, Silver, Sypro Ruby, or other specialized stains
quantitative and qualitative analyses are also available. For details, contact GBS.
