Facilities
Guild BioSciences' lab and offices are located in Charleston, SC. The lab is a BSL2
facility that includes a tissue culture room with humidified incubators for mammalian
cell lines, a separate laboratory for molecular biology work and an ‘animal’ room.
The laboratory contains the necessary equipment for performing molecular biology
work and includes:
- an Applied Biosystems 373 DNA sequencer
- centrifuges (3 eppendorf, 2 ‘midi’ centrifuges)
- freezers (2 at -20˚C and 1 at -80˚C)
- fridge
